Jenna Zabala is a dynamic ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) based in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

Jenna offers personal training in her fully-equipped private studio. She works with people of all ages and abilities, creating plans enabling clients to achieve their fitness goals -- everything from getting back in shape to training for a marathon! She also works with individuals recovering from illness or injury to help them regain strength and flexibility. She strives to make her sessions fun and productive. In addition to training in her studio, she also offers small group Outdoor Bootcamp Classes in Prospect Park for both adults and children.

As a holistic practitioner devoted to wellness, Jenna offers traditional Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Prenatal Massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork, Kundalini & Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Reiki in her Park Slope studio.

For both fitness and bodywork clients, Jenna integrates wellness and self-care into her body-work training.

Jenna is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer since 2017, and continues to take courses to expand her knowledge with leaders in the fitness industry through the IDEA Health and Fitness Association.

She earned an Associate of Occupational Studies degree in 2008 from The Swedish Institute of Health Sciences and, in 2014, completed two Prenatal Certifications in Massage Therapy from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and the Swedish Institute. She also received certifications from The American Center for Alexander Technique (ACAT), Brand Wellness Center,  MELT® Method, and The Upledger Institute. 

A Brooklyn native who began teaching dance at age 15, Jenna earned a BFA in Dance at the City College of New York. She’s been a member of the Prospect Park Women’s Softball League (PPWSL) for 27 years and also coaches Middle School Girls/Non-Binary Softball at Brooklyn Friends School.
